Ingredients
- Tuna (fillet) – 300 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Ginger (grated) – 0.5 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Cilantro - 2-3 twigs
- Green onion - 2-3 pen
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tuna fillet into cubes of about 7 mm, send it to a bowl and pepper.
Finely chop coriander and green onion, grate ginger on a grater. Send it all to the tuna. Add the fried sesame seeds to the same place.
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice, whisk and pour the tartare dressing.
Mix everything well and put it on plates using a serving ring.
Serve with bread or toasted toast.
