Open a jar of saury, drain the liquid, transfer the fish to a bowl and mash with a fork.
Finely chop the tomato, herbs and peeled onion.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
In a bowl with fish, add the chopped ingredients, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Fry the bread in a dry pan until golden brown.
Put two pieces on a covered baking sheet.
Carefully spoon the prepared filling on top, lightly tamping.
Cover with a second piece of bread and bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees.
