Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 200 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Walnuts - 6 pcs.
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, cut the pulp, then mash with a fork or chop in a blender. Add cottage cheese, mix until smooth.
Peel garlic and nuts, chop and add to the avocado and cottage cheese mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, add lemon juice, mix well.
Serve ready-made avocado pate as a separate snack or as a spread for sandwiches, toast and bruschetta.
