- Herring (fillet) – 500 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 100 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and let cool.
Coarsely chop the eggs, herring and onion, chop in a blender.
Add Philadelphia, chopped herbs and crushed garlic.
Season the forshmak and grind with a blender again.
