- Black Bread - 4 slices
- Herring - 160 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Butter - 40 g
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces
- Dill - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the brown bread in a frying pan and brush with butter.
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut into circles and put on top.
Put a piece of herring and purple onion rings on top.
Decorate the canapes with dill sprigs.
