Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Cheese (halumi) – 200 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix oil, mustard, balsamic, chopped cilantro, garlic and chili.
Cut the eggplant into very thin slices and fry on both sides.
Cut the haloumi into cubes and fry it too.
Wrap the haloumi in eggplant rolls and pour the dressing over them.
