Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Mozzarella - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into circles and fry on both sides. Sprinkle them with crushed garlic and spices.
Put a piece of mozzarella on top, and fold a few circles in the canapé.
Put the snack in the oven for 7 minutes at 200 degrees.
