Very often sandwiches are associated with something harmful and high-calorie. But in fact, this is just a snack format, and what exactly you will make them from is already a matter of personal preferences. Therefore, sandwiches may well be dietary. For example, here is my favorite PP breakfast.
Ingredients
- Bread Rolls - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 80 g
- Quail eggs - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Sprouts - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling, peel and cut in half.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Grease the loaves with cottage cheese and lay out the eggs and cucumber.
Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and sprouts.
