Korean cuisine is rich in original dishes, but at the same time some of them are prepared from quite understandable and accessible ingredients. If you like unusual experiments, I strongly advise you to try such chicken stomachs in Korean.
Ingredients
- Chicken stomachs - 600 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery - 50 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the stomachs in salted boiling water for 30 minutes.
Thinly chop all the vegetables. Lightly fry them in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
Add spices and fry for another 2 minutes on high heat.
Turn down the heat and simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.
Cut the stomachs, add to the vegetables and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, crushed garlic and sesame seeds. Pour this over the vegetables.
Add chopped greens and mix everything together.
