Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fillet of smoked tuna cut into thin slices.
Peel boiled eggs from the shell and cut into longitudinal plates.
Peel the avocado, chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put the avocado pulp in a bowl, pepper and mash with a fork.
Brush two slices of bread with butter, the remaining two with avocado preparation.
Lay out the pieces of smoked tuna and eggs.
Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
