Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Pesto sauce - 2 tsp.
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado, mash with a fork, season if desired and put on bread.
Place the mozzarella slices on top and lightly sprinkle with pesto.
Lay out the halves of cherry tomatoes.
