- Bread - 4 slices
- Beetroot (baked) – 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Sprouted grains - 1 handful
- Cream cheese - 60 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the beetroot in advance and let it cool. Grate it on a fine grater and mix it with crushed garlic, spices and cream cheese.
Cut the avocado into thin slices.
Put the beetroot mass, avocado slices and sprouts on the bread. If desired, cover with another piece of bread or cut sandwiches on a canapé.
