The classic Italian combination of tomatoes, basil and mozzarella is now in sandwiches. I recommend putting them in the oven or microwave for just a couple of minutes to slightly melt the cheese. It will be even tastier this way, and nothing will definitely fall apart.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pieces
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Basil - 6-8 leaves
- Pesto sauce - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the bread on the grill or in a frying pan until golden without oil.
Grease two slices of pesto and put the tomato slices on top.
Spread mozzarella slices on them, basil on top, and cover with bread.
