Cooking according to this recipe is very convenient, because there are always stocks of homemade adjika in the pantry. Depending on the sharpness of the additive, various spices can be used. Do not forget that over time the sharpness decreases and the snack turns out softer.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 800 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Adjika - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Wine vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add salt, sugar, ground coriander and vinegar. Mix with your hands, kneading the carrots well.
In a separate container, mix the oil, adjika and garlic passed through the press.
Pour the resulting marinade into the carrots, mix and cover with cling film. Before serving, insist the snack for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
