The popular classic guacamole is a sauce that I cook as a base for all sandwiches. Minimal amount of ingredients, but such a rich taste.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separate the avocado from the bone and mash it with a fork into a puree. Pour lemon juice on top. So the avocado will remain bright green.
Peel the garlic, toss it in a blender. Add cilantro, salt and spices to the garlic to taste. Mix well and add to the avocado.
Separate the onion from the husk and cut into small cubes. Add to the guacamole. Mix everything well, try it with salt and spices. If necessary, add more. Pour into a saucepan and serve.
