Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggplant and cut into cubes. Fry them in one spoonful of oil over high heat until brownish.
Add garlic, ginger and chili, and fry for another 30 seconds.
Mix the remaining ingredients into the sauce and put the eggplants in it.
Thoroughly simmer everything on low heat for 5 minutes and sprinkle the snack with chopped green onions.
