Despite the variety of ways in which you can cook tiger prawns, I like the simplest option in the batter the most. I've tried different recipes because it's important to find a batter that doesn't drown out the taste of seafood. And here is the most successful of them!

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (tiger) – 500 g
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Water - 60 ml
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Defrost the shrimp, scald with boiling water and peel.

Mix a thick homogeneous batter from water, flour and spices. You can change the proportions of ingredients for a convenient consistency to your taste.

Dip the shrimp in the batter and fry in a frying pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.

Put the shrimp on paper towels.
