Classic tartare is made from raw meat or fish, but I suggest going further and making it from vegetables. The secret is in the slicing and dressing. It turns out an unusual snack, which is not at all like a banal vegetable salad.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and balsamic with sesame seeds.
Cut all the vegetables into very small cubes.
Mix the tartare with the dressing and put it into plates using a mold.
