- Red Fish (low salt) – 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Lettuce - half-pack
- Mozzarella (perlini) – 100 g
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Corn oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Grate the parmesan on a special grater.
Chop tomatoes and bell peppers.
Mix lettuce, fish, tomatoes, bell pepper and mozzarella.
Add ground pepper, salt, corn oil and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan.
