Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Avocado - 1 pcs.
- Onion - 1 pcs.
- Dill - for decoration
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - for refueling
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the avocado into 2 halves with a knife, remove the bone, carefully remove the pulp, cut into thin strips or small cubes.
Cut onion and crab sticks into cubes, combine with avocado pulp, add corn.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise. Garnish with dill greens before serving.
Serve crab salad with avocado in portion creamers or avocado halves.
