Fresh and canned peaches are equally suitable for this recipe. When I prepare such a salad for children, I just remove the onion, and leave the rest of the ingredients. I advise you to serve it immediately in portions – so the salad looks much more spectacular!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Peaches - 3 pieces
- Arugula - 160 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- White bread - 2 slices
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender for about half an hour and divide into fibers.
Cut the onion into feathers, the peaches into slices, and just rinse the arugula.
Cut the white bread into cubes and dry in a frying pan until golden.
Mix the ingredients and season the salad with olive oil and spices.
