Stuffed eggs have long become a familiar snack on the festive table for the New Year. But even here you can be a little original and experiment with different fillings. Last year I tried this recipe, and everyone really liked it.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 8 pieces
- Ham - 60 g
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Cheese - 60 g
- Mayonnaise (or yogurt) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, let cool and cut in half.
Remove the yolks and mash with a fork.
Add finely chopped ham, pepper and grated cheese.
Mix with mayonnaise and put the filling in the egg halves.
