Peel the boiled carrots and cut them into large chunks.
Put the canned chickpeas in a colander and leave for 2-3 minutes to drain the liquid completely.
Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Place sesame seeds, peeled garlic cloves, ground black pepper and olive oil in a blender bowl. Grind everything together until smooth.
Add carrots, chickpeas and continue the blender for another 3-4 minutes.
Season the finished hummus with lemon juice, salt and mix well.
