Ingredients
- Red Fish (smoked) – 250 g
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Rosemary (dry crushed) – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground pink pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the smoked red fish into a large cube and chop it with a blender.
Add cream cheese there, and grind again until smooth.
Add lemon juice and spices, but be careful with salt – the fish is already salty.
Whisk the mousse again and serve.
