If you still think that steamed chicken fillet is too boring and bland, then you just haven't tried this delicious souffle. It is very convenient to make it immediately in portions in silicone muffin molds.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 60 g
- Semolina - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 3 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and chop it in a blender.
Add eggs and salt to it, and chop it well again.
Send semolina and sour cream there, and then whisk the souffle to the maximum airy consistency. It's better to do it longer.
Spread the mass into oiled silicone molds and cook in a steamer for 20 minutes.
Serve the souffle with herbs or whatever you like best.
