Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 800 g
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Water - 1.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and cinnamon, and boil for a couple of minutes.
Add the washed gooseberries and bring to a boil again.
Cook the compote on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
