Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the apples.
Fill with water, boil until soft and whisk with a blender.
Add sugar and bring the drink to a boil again.
Dilute the starch in a couple of tablespoons of water and pour into the jelly, stirring.
Boil the jelly for a few more minutes.
