Ingredients
- Water - 3 l
- Instant coffee - 1 art.l.
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- Raisins - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve coffee, sugar and yeast in warm water.
Add the raisins. Pour everything into a jar and cover with gauze.
Leave the kvass in the heat for 5-6 hours.
Strain it, bottle it and leave it overnight at room temperature.
