Ingredients
- Frozen berries - 200 g
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the berries with water, boil for 10 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Add sugar to taste and bring to a boil.
Dilute the starch in a couple of tablespoons of water.
Pour it in a thin stream into the compote, stirring.
Boil the jelly for another 3 minutes.
