Pre-brew the espresso in any convenient way, then cool it.
Boil the milk and also cool it.
Pour the cooled milk into the blender bowl, add the liqueur and whisk until smooth.
Add the cooled espresso and whisk everything together until a foam forms.
Place ice cubes in an Irish glass and gently pour in the coffee-milk mass. If desired, decorate the finished drink with cinnamon, grated chocolate, crushed nuts or whipped cream.
