Ingredients
- Dried Fruits - 200 g
- Raisins - handful
- Sugar - 150 g
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (filtered) – 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put dried fruits, raisins in a colander and rinse thoroughly with boiling water.
Boil water, add dried fruits, raisins and citric acid. Boil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Add sugar, stir and insist under the lid for 2 hours.
Strain the compote, pour it into the prepared bottles and put it in the refrigerator.
