Sour berries are often used to make salads, sauces, jams and desserts. I like to cook summer cranberry compote. It perfectly refreshes in the heat, and thanks to a large amount of ascorbic acid, it gives a feeling of cheerfulness for a long time.
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 350 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Water (filtered) – 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the cranberries and rinse.
Boil water, add berries and boil for 3 minutes.
Add sugar, boil for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Cover the finished cranberry compote with a lid and insist for 30 minutes.
