Ingredients
- Blueberries - 300 g
- Water - 1.2 l
- Sugar - 100 g
- Starch - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the blueberries and chop them with a blender.
Add sugar, cover with water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Strain the broth and bring it to a boil again.
Dissolve starch in 100-150 ml of water.
Constantly stirring, pour it into the broth. Cook the jelly for another 2-3 minutes.
