Ingredients
- Pumpkin (pulp) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small pieces and put it in a saucepan.
Add water, lemon juice, sugar and boil for 15 minutes.
Puree the soft pumpkin together with the broth with an immersion blender until smooth.
