Compotes at the dacha are not only a delicious drink, but also the best way to quickly attach a freshly harvested crop to the business. I want to share one of my favorite recipes from a wide variety of ingredients. It's hard to guess everything at once just by taste!
Ingredients
- Apples - 3 pieces
- Nectarine - 3 pieces
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Cranberries - 2 handfuls
- Blueberries - 2 handfuls
- Black Currant - 2 handfuls
- Sugar - 8 art.l.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through all the berries and randomly slice the fruit.
Fill everything with water and bring to a boil.
Add sugar and stir the compote until it dissolves.
Cook it for 15 minutes on low heat.
