Peel the banana and cut it into circles, put it in the bowl of a blender.
Wash the spinach leaves and shake off excess water. You can cut off the stems, as they are more fibrous. Put the leaves in a bowl.
Pour in the milk and at the same stage add the sweetener (if necessary). Cover the bowl with a lid and grind until all the ingredients are combined into a drink.
