Ingredients
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Ketchup - 3 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Egg yolks (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 piece
- Onion - half
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
Chop the pickled cucumbers and peeled onions in a blender.
Mix sour cream, mustard, ketchup and vinegar.
Add egg yolks, cucumbers, onions, salt and spices. Stir again and set aside for 15 minutes.
