- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Carrots - 250 g
- Parsley - 2 beam
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 250 g
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass all the vegetables and garlic through a meat grinder.
Simmer the mass for about an hour on low heat.
Add the chopped greens and the remaining ingredients.
Simmer the sauce for another 5-7 minutes.
