Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 700 g
- Hot red pepper - 170 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Sugar - 35 g
- Wine vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Hops - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer all together for 30 minutes.
Grind with a blender and grind the sauce through a sieve.
Boil it for another 10 minutes.
