The original recipe uses matzoni and cilantro. I replaced them with sour cream and herbs that I had in the refrigerator. As a result, my Tsakhton sauce turned out to be no worse than those that I have ever tasted.
Ingredients
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Greenery - 10 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Walnuts - handful
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the prepared greens.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and drain from the husks.
Put the nuts in a blender bowl, add the peeled garlic and chop.
Mix sour cream, herbs, spices, salt and the preparation with nuts.
Ready-made Tsakhton sauce should stand for 10 minutes before serving.
