Ingredients

  • Plums - 1 kg
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plum, fill with water and boil until soft.

Rub the plum through a sieve, add sugar and bring to a boil again.

Boil the jelly for about 20 minutes until thick.

Roll it up in sterilized jars.
