Ingredients
- Hawthorn - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Citric acid - 5 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and peel the berries, pour boiling water and cook until soft. Strain this juice through cheesecloth.
Add sugar and bring to a boil again.
Boil the syrup to the desired density, add citric acid to it and pour it into sterile jars.
