Do you want to add to the recipe book? Try the milk soup with cauliflower! Despite the unusual combination of different products, the taste is very harmonious and holistic. You can serve this dish with croutons, crackers and loaves.
Ingredients
- Milk - 600 ml
- Water (boiled) – 400 ml
- Potatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Cauliflower - 500 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Salt - to taste
- Dill (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cauliflower and disassemble it into small inflorescences.
Peel and slice the potatoes.
Pour water and milk into a large saucepan.
Add potatoes, cauliflower and boil for 10 minutes after boiling.
Take a couple of cabbage inflorescences out of the pan and cut them for decoration. Chop the rest with an immersion blender.
Add salt, butter and mix.
Pour the soup on plates, garnish with cauliflower and dill.
