This dietary rice soup is prepared literally in half an hour. If desired, you can make the broth a little fatter if you use any other parts of the chicken instead of fillets. It is also perfect for a children's menu!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Steamed rice - 40 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chicken broth - 1,2 l
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour chicken or vegetable broth into a saucepan and put it on the stove. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
Wash the rice several times and send it to the broth as soon as it boils. Stir and turn down the heat.
Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse or fine grater. Without frying, send it to a saucepan.
Put chicken fillet pieces into the broth as well. Add salt (if necessary) and spices, cook the soup for another 20 minutes. Then let it brew under the lid for another 15 minutes.
Serve the soup hot, with fresh fragrant herbs.
