Pineapple salads are gaining huge popularity now. They are cooked with meat, various vegetables and herbs. Absolutely everyone can choose the most delicious option for themselves. Maybe it will be a recipe with turkey and canned corn.
Ingredients
- Turkey (boiled) – 300 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Corn (canned) – 1 bank
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the boiled turkey, pineapples and peeled potatoes.
Put the corn in a colander, rinse and wait until the water is completely drained.
Mix turkey, corn, pineapples and potatoes. A few pineapples can be left for decoration.
Add salt, ground pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
Put the salad on a plate, garnish with pineapples and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
