Make your diet more diverse — prepare an appetizing salad with seafood and tomatoes. Pickled mussels can be bought at the store or made by yourself. Boil the squid, and just rinse the shrimp with boiling water.
Ingredients
- Squid (chilled) – 2 carcasses
- Shrimp (chilled) – 200 g
- Mussels (pickled) – 100 g
- Tomatoes - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put it to cool on a plate.
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with lemon juice. Too large shrimp can be cut.
Chop tomatoes and cooled squid.
Mix squid, mussels, shrimp and tomatoes.
Add salt, ground pepper, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise.
