Ingredients
- New potatoes - 300 g
- Mussels - 300 g
- Spinach (or other leafy greens) – 150 g
- Oregano - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into several pieces. Season with olive oil.
Fry the mussels in a frying pan until browned. If you use mussels in shells, boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Add spinach and sprinkle with oregano salad.
