Canned tuna is not the most traditional ingredient for exotic Thai cuisine. But this is not a reason to give up experimenting with interesting culinary traditions. So catch this unusual spicy salad!
Ingredients
- Tuna - 2 banks
- Spinach - 40 g
- Cilantro - 20 g
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Shallots - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Nuts (chopped) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
- Lime juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop absolutely all the ingredients as small as possible and mash the tuna.
Mix the salad, add the chopped nuts and mix again. Add Asian spices to taste as needed.
Mix both types of oil and lime juice, sprinkle the dish.
I advise you to serve salad with rice or fresh cucumbers.
