- Beef - 300 g
- String beans - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Sprouted mash - 2 handfuls
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Instant noodles (dry) – 1 handful
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Ginger - 2 cm
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Peking cabbage - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the beef and fry until tender over high heat.
Boil the string beans for a couple of minutes until soft.
Slice the remaining ingredients as thinly as possible. Use a Korean grater as needed.
Add sprouted grains, chopped garlic and grated ginger.
Season the salad with soy sauce, add dry noodles and mix everything.
