My favorite version of the classic crab sticks salad for the festive table. I love adding two types of onions to it – green and purple. So the usual dish acquires new interesting flavors.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 400 g
- Fig - 100 g
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Corn - 1 bank
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender and let it cool.
Finely chop cucumbers, crab sticks and both types of onions.
Add the corn, mix the salad and season it with mayonnaise.
